OVERVIEW

As our country and the world deals with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, our network of private hospitals within Clinix Health Group remain open to serve you and your family’s healthcare needs. Our team of highly qualified doctors and nurses continue to work tirelessly to ensure that all patients receive excellent medical care and continue living longer healthier lives.

The latest COVID-19 statistics published by different government authorities show that the no. of new infections and hospitalisations has significantly declined in the areas we operate in. This is good news as it shows that our collective efforts have been effective so far.


We are now preparing our facilities to resume our other important services to ensure that the total wellbeing of our patients is taken care during these times. Our key safety measures will remain:

  • We allow 30 minutes visiting time per patient (11:30 – 12:00 and 17:30 to 18:00), with 1 visitor at a time and no more than 15 minutes allowed per visitor. Both the visitor and patient should keep their masks on at all times during the visit and observe social distancing of 1 meter.

  • All visitors should sanitise their hands and observe infection prevention measures stipulated by the hospital.

  • We maintain the restrictions in paediatric wards, with only one caregiver allowed at a time and they too should observe the above measures.

​

  • No visitors will be allowed in COVID-19 wards for stable patients.

  • We allow birthing partners in the labour ward and well partners to visit their new-born babies.

  • Visits for critically ill patients will be allowed based on individual circumstances and at the approval of the Unit Manager

​

  • One immediate family member visit will be allowed for COVID-19 patients who are critically ill. These visitors will be provided with full PPE.
